APPLICATION FOR PAPAL BLESSING

Apostolic Blessings may be requested from Rome for the following:
1.  Baptism, First Holy Communion or Confirmation
2. Wedding*
3. Ordination to the Priesthood or to the Permanent Diaconate
4. First Holy Mass
5. Religious Profession
6. Anniversary of a Wedding (must be a celebration of 10, 25, 50 or 60 years)
7. Anniversary of Ordination or of Religious Profession
8. Birthday (must be a celebration of 18, 70, 80, 90 or 100 years)

Those receiving a blessing are to be practicing Catholics.

*Please provide the first and last names of the individuals to be married, the date of the marriage, as well as the name of the parish church where the marriage will be celebrated.
