The Database/Appeal Coordinator provides data analysis, creates extensive queries and reports used to analyze and increase agency revenue and coordinates all of the clerical procedures necessary to complete the various appeals and campaigns. Associate Director for Hispanic Ministry

The Associate Director for Hispanic Ministry is to assist and collaborate with the diocesan agencies in improving services and responding to the needs of the Hispanic community.  Along with the Office of Ethnic Ministries, to be a contact for diocesan services with the various other ethnic communities in the Diocese. The Associate Director will assist in the coordination and facilitation of the pastoral ministry to Hispanics in the parishes of the Diocese.  Duties would include assisting in programming, development and implementation of programs and events in the different areas of the ministry to Hispanics in the Diocese.  Qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree in theology or a related field. Bi-lingual (Spanish and English), with good organizational and communication skills along with good written and oral English and Spanish skills; must possesses leadership and training skills for both individuals and groups.  Must be a practicing Catholic with some Hispanic Ministry experience and have good computer skills.  Applicants possessing the necessary qualifications should submit by email a cover letter and resume with salary history to:

The Cathedral of St. Raymond is seeking a full-time Director of Music to lead and enhance the comprehensive music program for the Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus in Joliet. The Director of Music is responsible for being the principle organist for 4-5 liturgies per weekend, holy days, parish sacramental celebrations, the weekly grade school mass and several Religious Education masses annually. To be considered, a candidate must be a practicing Catholic with a strong understanding of the traditions and customary rubrics of the Roman Catholic liturgy. This position requires a high proficiency in organ and piano.  The candidate should have a strong resume leading significant programs, with prior experience developing and conducting parish choirs with adults and children. A broad-based knowledge of the entire breadth of the Church's sacred musical history from the most traditional hymns to the most recent compositions.
