MASS FOR WORLD DAY CELEBRATION
Sunday, February 5, 2012

11:00 AM Mass

A special liturgy was celebrated
at the Cathedral of St. Raymond Parish Mass in Joliet
on Saturday, February 5, 2011.
This 5:00 PM Mass with Bishop Joseph Siegel
as presider was followed by time to meet, greet, and learn about religious life.

Members of the Joliet Area Vocation Association
were also present to share life in their communities.
This is a marvelous opportunity to pray with the people of the Diocese
and to meet men and women who witness
to the joy and commitment of Religious Life.

CELEBRATION OF RELIGIOUS LIFE AND JUBILEE

Will be held Saturday, October 15, 2011
at St. Charles Pastoral Center, Romeoville, IL
Mass at 4:00 p.m. with Light Supper to follow.

NATIONAL RELIGIOUS RETIREMENT FUND

RETIREMENT APPEAL: Religious in the Diocese are grateful for the tremendous support pastors and associates gave to the National Religious Retirement Appeal in December of 2010. The enthusiastic support of this appeal from our Diocese contributed
$ 372,595.56 to the National Appeal.  The retired religious will remember in prayer their benefactors and the priests who supported the appeal.
