St. Mary Immaculate Parish School to Offer Open House on Jan. 31

St. Mary Immaculate Parish School recently celebrated the upcoming Catholic Schools Week with a ribbon-cutting ceremony sponsored by the Plainfield Area Chamber of Commerce. Over 60 businesses came to support the school. Father David Medow, St. Mary Immaculate’s pastor, talked about all that St Mary Immaculate Parish School has to offer and introduced the principal, John Garvey, and assistant principal, Jennifer Errthum. Mayor Mike Collins introduced Senator Jennifer Bertino-Tarrant, from the 49th Legislative District, who gave a proclamation for Catholic Schools Week, and State Representative Mark Batinick, who had a gift for the new preschool/pre-K Room. A brief tour and lunch was served.
