sent to all parish presidents at the address we have on file. It is
important that
we have current officers' names and addresses so that you continue to
receive up to
date information for the JDCCW Office. You may click on the
link below to download a form if you have not yet received yours. Please complete
all information and return to the office immediately. Changes cannot be
made by phoning the office. All changes MUST be in writing and on
file at the JDCCW office.
