HISTORY & ENROLLMENT Established in 1927, St. Joan of Arc has a 2006-2007 enrollment of 729 in its K - 8th Grade program and offers an extended care program. MISSION St. Joan of Arc Catholic Parish has always been committed to Catholic Education and the task of leading young men and women though the process of becoming strong and responsible individuals, capable of making free and moral choices. Therefore, St. Joan of Arc Catholic School is concerned with carefully cultivating in our students a desire to achieve to the best of their ability academically, as well as spiritually. All Catholic schoolteachers are in every sense, catechists. Teachers give witness to Christ, the Master Teacher, by their lives as well as their teachings. The educators must be willing to grow in relationship to their God and incorporate their Gospel in their teachings and their lives. Recognizing and respecting the role of parents as primary educators of their children, the teachers assist parents with the Christian formation of their family. Together, teachers and parents are partners who espouse Gospel values that create an atmosphere rooted in an ongoing relationship with God.
