Please note we have recently been informed by a few donors that foreign transaction fees are being assessed to certain on-line donations.  This is a rare occurrence; however, we would like our donors to be aware of the possibility.  These fees seem to be random and difficult to track.  We are currently taking steps to address this random foreign transaction fee.
