Helpful Hints on Completing
the FACTS Grant and Aid Application Online

The Catholic Education Foundation at the Diocese of Joliet uses a third party company, FACTS, in order to objectively evaluate the need for financial aid.

The web site for the FACTS Company is www.factsmgt.com. To view helpful information from the FACTS Company on how to save time by applying on line, click here. There is a required $25 application fee per family.

Questions on completing the FACTS Grant and Aid application may be answered by calling the FACTS office directly at 1-866-315-9262.

It is important to note that families will not be considered for financial aid until their application is verified by the FACTS Company. FACTS will require copies of financial documents including Federal Income Tax forms and W-2s in order to verify an application. Families should work directly with the company in order to verify all information in a timely fashion in order to be considered for financial aid. Submitting an application does not mean that the application has been verified.

If you have questions, contact Jane Lagger at the Catholic Education Foundation at 815/834-4033 or jlagger@dioceseofjoliet.org.
