The Office of Ministry Formation is grounded in the belief that God calls baptized members of the church to ecclesial and public service on behalf of the local community.  This vocational call needs to be nurtured and supported to remain vital and effective.  This office strives to provide quality pastoral education and formation for volunteer, paraprofessional, and professional ministers so they can acquire the theological knowledge, pastoral skills and spiritual formation necessary to minister to the people of God, in this time and in this place.
