JOLIET DIOCESE: MEMORIAL MASSES IN POLISH

Joliet, IL (April 7, 2005) Several parishes in the Joliet Diocese will celebrate Masses in Polish as a way of honoring Pope John Paul II.

St. Alexis Parish, 400 W. Wood St. in Bensenville, will celebrate a trilingual (English, Polish, and Spanish) Memorial Mass at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 8th (630-766-3530).

St. Andrew the Apostle, 530 Glen Ave. in Romeoville, will celebrate a Polish memorial Mass at 6:00 a.m. on Friday, April 8th and a trilingual (English, Polish, and Spanish) Memorial Mass at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 8th (815-886-4165).

Divine Mercy Polish Mission will celebrate a Polish Memorial Mass at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 7th at Holy Ghost Church, 254 N Wood Dale Rd. in Wood Dale (630-860-2975).

Bishop Joseph L. Imesch will celebrate Mass for the Polish Community at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 10th, at Holy Ghost Church, 254 N Wood Dale Rd. in Wood Dale (630-860-2975).
