Children are precious, and we don’t want anything to happen to them.  All of us worry about  sexual predators taking advantage of young children.  "Just Tell Them, "No!” is a song written in 2007 to help protect all young children from possible sexual abuse. This catchy song was written for little ones (approximately Kindergarten thru Grade 3), specifically to follow the guidelines of the Diocese of Joliet Illinois’ Safe Environment program.

If a child is ever subjected to someone trying to exploit them sexually, this song teaches  the child to "run away, get up and go."  It also teaches them that "No means, 'No,  don't touch my body'" and to "tell somebody you trust" if someone has tried to take advantage of them.  Other useful tips are given to help children fend off sexual advances, all in a light-hearted song that children will enjoy singing.  There are even places during the song that encourage them to shout, "No!" to a potential sexual predator.

If you, your church or group are looking for an upbeat song that addresses adult
issues in a song appropriate for very young children, we encourage you to order a copy of this CD.  Not only will your kids enjoy singing along, but they will also learn valuable lessons that may help them deal with potentially dangerous situations if they are ever in harm's way. We also recommend that every parent or grandparent play this song for their children or grandchildren.
