Paulist National Catholic Evangelization Association

National Council for Catholic Evangelization - publishes a study guide for "Go and Make Disciples" which is an excellent tool for setting goals in evangelization.  A grass roots organization with an annual conference.

 

 

Lay Ministers, Lay Disciples: Evangelizing Power in the Parish by Sue Blum-Gerding and Father Frank DeSiano.  Answers the question, "How can we make what we are doing more evangelistic?"  Good suggestions for each ministry.  Contact Paulist Press.

U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops Secretariat for Evangelization offers many resources.  Look under publications.  One example is A Time to Listen... A Time to Heal: A Resource Directory for Reaching Out to Inactive Catholics.
