PAYMENT OPTIONS
EARLY BIRD RATE $165 per person If registration and payment is received by April 30, 2009. Money is non-refundable. Any substituions to these registrations will be charged the difference in registration cost ($10 if during the regular registration period in May or $20 if after May 27th). REGULAR RATE $175 per person If registration and payment is received between May 1 and 27, 2009. Monday is non-refundable. Any substitutions to these registrations will be charged the difference in registration cost ($10 after May 27th). LATE REGISTRATION $185 per person If registration and payment is received between May 28 and June 8, 2009. Money is non-refundable. No substitutions allowed for these registrations. * all above rates include housing, meals, and conference costs.
_____________________________ NEW THIS YEAR SATURDAY ONLY REGISTRATION $75 per person If registration and payment is received before June 8, 2009. This rate includes lunch and dinner Saturday and conference costs. Only college-age young adults (no graduating high school seniors) can receive this special rate. This does not include housing. Participants at this rate will arrive at Lewis University on Saturday, June 27th, at 8:00 a.m. and leave at 10:30 p.m. _____________________________
PAYMENT FORMS Make checks payable to "Diocese of Joliet" and send with all regsitration materials to: Diocese of Joliet Young Adult Ministry Office 402 S. Indepedence Blvd. Romeoville, Illinois 60446 If registering with a group (i.e. other high school YLC participants), the payment for CLC may be included in that check; however, for organizational purposes, it is ideal to send seperate checks. But we will work with any parish or group.
