REGISTRATION

To register for the 2009 Collegiate Leadership Conference

this June at Lewis University, follow these steps:

Step One: Review the brochure.

Look over the conference brochure, which includes information

about the event, housing, costs, and the schedule of the conference.

Step Two: Fill out the form.

Print and fill out the official YLC/CLC registration form,

which you can find by clicking the link here.

*Fill out ALL categories on this registration form

except the question for youth participants only.

Step Three:  Register online.

After filling out the print version of the form, go online to

Show My Event, the official registration site for YLC/CLC.

(use your print version as a reference for the questions)

NOTE: In the "SEARCH" field, type "Youth Leadership Conference."

Click on the Diocese of Joliet YLC event, and then select your

registration type: 2009 HS Graduate; College-Age Participant;

or College Conference (Saturday Only).

2009 High School Graduates can skip to step five.

Step Four (for College-Age Participants ONLY):

  Fill out the Young Adult Guidelines Form.

To ensure a safe environment at this event, all college-age

participants are required to fill out this guidelines form

(since they will be interacting with minors under 18).

ALSO (VERY IMPORTANT) - You will need to have your

parish process a background check if you are over 18.

Step Five: Send it in!

Mail in your hard copy version of the Registration Form,

along with your payment (click here for payment options) and,

for college-age participants, the signed guidelines form.

Once your mailed forms and payment is received, and your

online registration submitted, you are officially registered!

SPECIAL NOTE about

REGISTERING WITH YOUR PARISH

You can also register with your parish youth minister.

Simply fill out the registration form and submit it, along with

any forms or payment required, to your youth minister.
