Drinking the New Wine:
A Retreat for Men
Presented by Fr. Tom Borkowski
7:00 p.m Friday to 11:00 am Sunday,
September 17-19, 2010
at THE WELL in LaGrange Park
Jesus gave us new wine in new wineskins. Have we savored this new wine, or has it been lost to us? The wineskins are as significant as the wine itself...a truth that is often overlooked. The transformative influence of this new wine and wineskins are as radical for us as contemporary Christian men as they were 2,000 years ago.

New Online Retreat:
Living the Eucharist
The mystery of the Eucharist is not only something we celebrate, it is also a reality that we seek to live as followers of Jesus.
Young adults are invited to go through the online retreat over a period of four weeks and make use of the recommended Scripture readings and reflection questions for your prayer time. We suggest that participants take about 20 to 30 minutes per day to pray with the Scripture passages and reflect on the questions. There will be one article per week with readings and reflection questions for every day during the four weeks of retreats. |
