MORE ABOUT THE KICK-OFF EVENT

Where? This event will be held on the grounds at Benedictine University

between The Coal Ben Restaurant and the Krasa Student Center. 

Once you arrive on campus, directional signs will point the way.

Parking?  Parking is available in a parking garage adjacent to

The Coal Ben Restaurant or outdoor parking behind Krasa Center.

Cost? There is no cost to attend, but food will be available for purchase.

Also no registration or RSVP are required to attend this program.

What do we bring?  Please bring your lawn chairs, blankets, picnic baskets,

and food & drink (participants may relax on the lawn, Ravinia-style).

What's going to happen there?  The event will feature a line-up of

musicians, motivational speakers, local choirs, and leaders in the diocesan

young adult ministry community. There will also be opportunities to

meet and connect with other young adults your age from around the

Chicagoland area. The expected timeframe is 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Who is invited?  All young adults, ages 18 to 39, single and married.

Children of young adult parents are also welcome to attend.

Feel free to bring friends and colleagues, Catholic or otherwise.

In inclement weather (such as rain), these activities will be

held inside at The Coal Ben Restaurant.  Do not bring lawn chairs

inside, although food & drink are permitted.  Check the weather

forcasts and current conditions that day to know what will happen.
