North: The Kankakee-Bourbonnais Township line extended from the northern extension of hunter to Dreamland.

South: West Station St. as extended from the Kankakee Township line to the middle of Alma Ave.; then the middle of West Bourbonnais St. extended eastward in a straight line to the Kankakee River; Otto-Kankakee Township line from the extension of 5th Ave. to the Kankakee River.

East: Dreamland South to Station; Alma Ave. south to Bourbonnais St.; the Kankakee River from a point east of West Bourbonnais St. to the extension of 5th Ave. and its extension in a straight line south.
